Let us talk about the physical features of the Cockatoo CTM-05. The frame of the treadmill is made up of steel which means the build quality of the treadmill is quite strong and sturdy. The treadmill is also foldable, which makes is space-efficient and easy to store if you live in a small flat or apartment. However, the folding mechanism is not hydraulic.
The motorized treadmill is equipped with a DC motor of CHP 1.25HP, which gives peak power of 2.0HP. The motor power isn’t the best in the world, but it is expected from a treadmill at this price.
The Speed ranges from 0.8 Km/hour to 10 Km/hour with a maximum user weight of 90Kgs for walking. This would put the maximum weight for running around 65 kgs, which is low. So, if you are considering this treadmill for running purposes, it might not be the best option. But, here are some other treadmills by Cockatoo which have higher weight limits.

The 5″ inch LED Display that comes with CTM-05 is big enough and shows all the workout-related information with features of tracking speed, time, and distance. The treadmill also offers a contact grip pulse rate measure to track your heart rate during your workout. This will show your heart rate during the running time. The treadmill has pre-loaded 12 presets of effective workout and you can choose the right set of workout according to your needs with variations from casual running/walking to intense endurance driven running sessions. While running, you can listen to music with the AUX port support. The treadmill also has basic internal speakers.
2 important things to remember with the Cockatoo CTM-05 is that it has no incline feature, nor does it have any dedicated shock absorption features. They are not deal breakers, but you should know what you are buying.
